The app's coordinates, outlines, reports and exports are informational field-navigation estimates. They do not establish property boundaries, certify title, replace official records or a licensed survey, or provide emergency dispatch coordinates.
Coverage and external services
Coverage is limited to the regions listed in the app. Map tiles, directions and third-party apps can require connectivity and remain subject to their providers' terms.
Purchases
Three lookups are free. After that, Legal Land Locator Pro is available as an auto-renewable yearly or monthly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase (a non-consumable in-app purchase). There is no free trial or introductory offer. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be viewed, changed or cancelled anytime in the App Store account settings. Apple handles payment, regional pricing, renewal, restoration and refund requests under the terms shown in the App Store.
