Before contacting support
- Confirm the state or province and principal meridian.
- Check the canonical description shown before navigation.
- Remember that grid conversion works offline while fresh map tiles may not.
- Use Restore Purchase if Pro or Lifetime was already purchased on the Apple Account.
- Manage, change or cancel a Pro subscription anytime in the App Store account settings on the same Apple Account.
Choose and manage Pro
Three lookups are included free. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel a subscription, so manage an existing plan separately in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple shows the local price and billing period before confirmation.
Keep an independent field record
Export important saved sites and access notes before deleting the app or replacing your device. Copies you share remain with the selected recipient. Treat all computed coordinates and grid outlines as navigation estimates, and verify critical locations against official records.
Coverage requests
Texas needs a separate Abstract / Block / Survey engine. Saskatchewan requires commercial data rights. Requests are welcome, but neither is represented as available today.
